Peak NDT is a high-end technology company specialising in the development, manufacture, and support of multichannel and phased array ultrasound controllers for use in the Non-Destructive Testing industries. With its expertise in Ultrasonics, Peak also provides consultancy services, including feasibility studies, technique development and ultrasonic inspection modelling.
In terms of market sector, Peak supplies a worldwide market for a variety of industries. These include: Power Generation, Nuclear (both civil and military), Aerospace, Petrochemical, Offshore, Manufacturing and General Engineering.
The role:
As a result of the ongoing development of its innovative technology portfolio, Peak NDT has an established and robust presence in a variety of challenging market sectors globally.
The aim of this role is to further enhance and develop this market presence, to realise increased unit sales and hence additional sales revenue.
The role will involve further development of Peak’s understanding of key market sectors, through market research, identifying key target companies and key personnel within these companies.
In conjunction with this, the successful applicant, will develop a full marketing plan to address the target audience. It is envisaged that this will involve everything from event planning and support, through to LinkedIn campaigns, case study development, support to Voice of the Customer (VOC) activity, and website and social media content generation and management.

Peak NDT is looking for a highly inquisitive and knowledgeable ultrasonic specialist to lead the growth of the UT application research and development within the company.
Utilising a deep and fundamental understanding of the full range of ultrasonic techniques and their practical application, the position will provide the right candidate the opportunity to explore industrial ultrasonic application developments using the latest ultrasonic instrumentation.
With a thirst for developing collaborative research projects with leading industry players and the UT research base, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop and publish journal papers and present these at conferences around the world.
The role will give an opportunity to help road-map Peak NDT’s growing product range and maintain it’s status as one of the industry’s leading innovators and providers of high-end ultrasonic instrumentation.
The position provides the freedom to work with our Global client base to develop novel inspection solutions.
The candidate must be self-motivated and capable of driving their own research agenda to highlight the outstanding capabilities and flexibility provided by the MicroPulse range of instruments.
The ability to support and guide the development of practical UT user interface solutions will be a distinct advantage.
